Explain the method before the metrics

Start with a research question and show how information moves through the proposed architecture. Define input and output representations, label module connections and put evaluation evidence near the component it supports. Explain limitations and uncertainty alongside the headline result so a visitor can ask informed questions without reading an entire paper.

Before presenting at NEURIPS

Use the current event or institution instructions for board dimensions, orientation, submission format and deadlines. The conference name does not determine a printing specification. Select the requested size, replace all demonstration content in PowerPoint and check author details, captions and references. Inspect margins and image clarity in the exported PDF before sending it to print.

Choose your scientific topic first

Check your conference or institution’s requirements first. A0 and A1 use metric paper sizes; 36 × 48 is portrait and 48 × 36 is landscape. Each template includes editable text and figure placeholders to replace in PowerPoint.
